At The Border Surges Rate Of Americans Turned Away How To Move To Canada?

According to the Canadian Border Services Agency, the rate at which Americans were denied access to Canada across the US-Canada border rose 31 percent last year, with 30233 US citizens pulled through 2016. That’s up from 23,052 a year earlier – Only 7,509 in 2014.

The trend, reported by the Canadian newspaper La Presse on Wednesday, does not indicate instability or lack of cooperation among neighboring countries. In fact, it may actually show the opposite.

The United States and Canada have enhanced the sharing of national security information, criminal records and other data under the administration of former President Barack Obama. New efforts to increase bilateral security are likely to equip the Canadian Border Services Agency with new tools to prevent a group of Americans from entering the country.

This could mean that Canada is now able to remove dangerous convicted criminals, Americans accused of crimes that avoid court dates and other citizens trying to cross the border illegally more than ever before.

The rate of banning Canadians from entering US checkpoints along the border has been consistent with model statistics in recent years. More than 28,000 people were refused entry into the United States last year, while 27,311 people were refused in 2015.

“It will not predict the reasons for the increase,” the Canadian Border Services Agency said in a statement. At the same time, the rate of migrants crossing the United States on the southern border fell by about 40 percent in February, although it was not clear whether the drop was due to the Trump elections in January.

“These are encouraging effects,” said John Kelly, secretary of homeland security in a statement released earlier this month. “Early results show that enforcement issues and deterrence issues and that the application of mass migration can have an impact,” he said.

US attention is growing to move north after each presidential election, regardless of the candidate who won the Oval Office, according to online research trends. But starting a new life in Canada is not as simple as some might assume: Although new immigration rules have been announced after the Trump elections that make it easier for Americans to work in Canada, a Canadian citizen is usually a month, and perhaps a therapist.
