Gary Barlow will star in the new Star Wars movie The Last Gedi. After months of speculation, The Take The Fartman finally confirmed that he was heading for a distant galaxy, far away during his appearance at Lorraine in Etf on Monday (March 27th).
Although he remained silent about the role, he insisted that: “I am not Stormtober, but I am in it.”Barlow went on to reveal fears that allowing the cat from the bag might hinder his big screen for the first time. He joked: “I think the Star Wars people are very strict about the information (there), so tell me, maybe you’ve done myself a role.”
Speculation about Barlow’s participation in the fantasy franchise has been rampant since last summer when the sun said Barlow had secretly filmed at the Ben wood Studios in London. His “Stormtrooper” commentary refers to Daniel Craig, who had an unqualified role as a convincing soldier in Owkins Force, where he had four lines in a scene with Daisy Ridley.
“Gary is a huge star wars fan so this is a real dream. The process has been kept very secret, because he does not want anyone to know his connections in the film industry I got it,” said Enzidar in the studio, where a lot of film was filmed, at the time: .
The film, directed by Ryan Johnson, is due to be released on December 15, 2017. Barlow joins the star team that includes Adam’s driver, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley. They also feature one of the final film appearance of the late Carrie Fisher. The film’s location has no mention of Barlow as part of the film, but does not refer to Adrian Edmundson’s “rumored” role. The unedited show on young Hans Solo is scheduled for May 2018.
